Discussion on Causes of Zhouqu Great Debris Flow
In control operation of the Erhe Sluice (the main outlet of the Hongze River), submerged overflow repeatedly appeared and the observed discharge hydrograph method was frequently used for the flow calculation. By analyzing the observed discharge data and calibrating the rating curve of submerged overflow of the Erhe Sluice in high water period, we can control hydraulic structure regulation more reasonably and make the flow calculation more accurate.
