基于民用相机视频的降雨强度监测方法

为提高城市水文过程的监测效果,针对民用相机拍摄的降雨视频影像,设计和验证一种降雨强度视频监测方法(Video to Rainfall Intensity method,V2RI方法),通过对视频图像逐帧处理进行雨滴识别、计算雨滴速度,进而利用雨滴速度-直径关系和降雨强度-雨滴谱特征关系进行降雨强度的反演,方法具有一定的稳定性.验证结果表明,该方法能适用于民用相机所拍摄的日间降雨视频,对不同强度降雨过程均能够进行有效的降雨强度监测.
A Rainfall Intensity Monitoring Method based on Civil Video
In order to improve the monitoring of complex urban hydrological processes,this study designed and validated a video to rainfall intensity method(V2RI method),which is designed based on image processing,raindrop velocity-diameter relationship,and rainfall intensity-raindrop spectrum feature relationship for images captured by videos.The results of Monte-Carlo-based stabil-ity validation show that the V2RI method is stable,which only slightly influences by the randomness of raindrop identification.The results based on the case study of summer rainfall events in Wenzhou show that the method could be applied to the daytime rainfall monitoring,which is effective in rainfall intensity detecting.
