Response of bacteria and archaea to disturbance in natural mineral springs in Wudalianchi volcanic area
[Objective]To investigate the community structure of bacteria and archaea and their response to disturbance in spring of Wudalianchi volcanic area,NE China.[Method]Water samples obtained from 12 springs were divided into 4 groups, including farmland(A1,A2,A3),village(B1,B2,B3),scenic-spot(C1,C2,C3)and field(D1,D2,D3)group.The fil-tered samples were performed by high-throughput sequencing and bioinformatics analysis was carried out to analyze the com-munity structure of bacteria and archaea.[Result]There are significant differences in microbial diversity among samples, and the highest diversity and richness of bacteria and archaea appeared in the scenic-spot group. The interaction network of micro-bial species in springs was complex. The dominant bacterial phyla were Proteobacteria,Actinobacteria and Bacteroidetes, and Parvarchaeota,Woesearchaeota and Verrucomicrobia phylum were the dominant archaea.Under the influence of different de-grees of disturbance, the specific dominant bacteria appeared in some springs, such as Helicobacteraceae,Verrucomicrobiaceae,Deferribacteres.[Conclusion]There were abundant bacteria and archaea in the springs of Wudalianchi volcanic area. The di-versity,composition and abundance of bacteria and archaea in Wudalianchi volcanic area are different due to the disturbance of human activities.
