Utilization of the SynNotch system in the treatment of tumors
The SynNotch system is an engineered receptor system based on the Notch signaling pathway designed by synthetic biology methods.Because of its high degree of flexibility and specificity,the SynNotch system has applications in cell therapy,tissue engineering,and disease modeling.There are considerable limitations and side effects in the traditional treatments of tumor diseases,while this paper takes the structure and mechanism of action of SynNotch as the starting point,summarizes the different applications and mechanisms of SynNotch in tumor therapy,states the potential of SynNotch system in the field of canc-er therapy,and provides new therapeutic strategies for the subsequent tumor therapy.
