摘要

如何抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖和干性基因的表达已经成为近年来科学家在癌症治疗领域关注的重点之一.肿瘤干细胞(cancer stem cell,CSC)是肿瘤中一类具有自我更新能力的细胞类群,被认为是肿瘤发生过程中的驱动因素之一.Hippo信号通路在生物进化过程中高度保守,且对细胞增殖、组织发育和器官大小具有重要作用.简述了Hippo信号通路及其在肿瘤干细胞中的作用机制,并对肿瘤的治疗提出了展望,以期为肿瘤干细胞的发展和未来治疗提供参考.

Abstract

In recent years,how to inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells and the expression of stem genes has become one of the focus-es of scientists in cancer treatment.Cancer stem cell(CSC)is a kind of cell group with self-renewal ability in tumors,and is consid-ered as one of the driving factors in the process of tumorigenesis.The Hippo signaling pathway is a highly conserved signaling pathway in biological evolution that plays an important role in cell proliferation,tissue development,and organ size.In this article,Hippo sig-naling pathway and its mechanism in cancer stem cell were briefly reviewed,and the prospect of tumor treatment was proposed,in order to provide reference for the development and future treatment of tumor stem cells.
