Application of Hot Melt Extrusion Technology in Biomedicine Field Based on Patent Data
Hot melt extrusion technology refers to the technology that drugs,plasticizers and polymers are mixed in the molten state and extruded to form drug products at a certain pressure,speed and shape,which is of great significance for improving and increasing the solubility of drugs and improving the preparation method of slow control agents.This paper took hot melt extrusion patents in pharmaceutical industry as analysis samples,adopted patent database data and qualitative analysis method to analyze the application of hot melt extrusion technology in pharmaceutical industry from the aspects of patent output trend,main competi-tive forces,hot technologies,etc.,so as to provide reference for research decision-making in this field.
