摘要

随着世界范围内人口老龄化程度的加剧,骨代谢、骨丢失等骨骼系统疾病患者数量持续上升.尽管骨丢失领域的研究在不断深入,目前临床上治疗骨丢失的有效药物仍有待研发.氢气具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗凋亡等生物学特性,近年来在骨丢失相关疾病中展现出良好的治疗效果.综述总结了炎症性、骨质疏松型、失重型等骨丢失的发病机理,重点介绍了氢气在改善炎性和骨质疏松型等骨丢失相关疾病中的研究进展,旨在为临床上治疗骨丢失相关疾病提供理论基础和思路.

Abstract

With the increasing aging population worldwide,the number of patients with skeletal system diseases such as bone me-tabolism and bone loss continues to rise.Despite the continuous deepening of research in the field of bone loss,effective drugs for treating bone loss in clinical practice still need to be developed.Hydrogen has biological properties such as antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,and anti apoptotic properties,and has shown good therapeutic effects in bone loss related diseases in recent years.This article mainly reviewed the pathogenesis of inflammatory,osteoporotic,and severe bone loss,with a focus on the research progress of hydrogen gas in improving bone loss related diseases such as inflammatory and osteoporotic,aiming to provide a theo-retical basis and ideas for clinical treatment of bone loss related diseases.
