Comprehensively promoting the digital upgrade and intelligent transformation of tax collection and administration is an important support for achieving the strategic goal of tax modernization.This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of digital upgrade and intelligent transformation of tax collection and administration,explores the connotation logic and essential requirements of digital upgrade and intelligent transformation,and puts forward five measures to steadily promote the digital upgrade of tax collection and administration and five scenarios for innovative intelligent application.Through these measures,the paper tries to explore the effective path of digital upgrade and intelligent transformation of tax collection and administration.
