摘要
在共建"一带一路"和推进高水平对外开放的新形势新要求背景下,浙江省税务部门聚合推出"税路通"子品牌"税路通·在浙里",探索建立健全跨境税费服务长效机制的有效途径.本文介绍了"税路通"跨境税费服务品牌产生的背景与意义,以及浙江省税务部门在丰富"税路通"品牌内涵、形成"税路通"服务合力、打造"税路通"高效实践等方面的具体做法,并提出以"税收政策通""风险防范通""诉求解决通""跨界融合通"构建"税路通·在浙里"的增值服务矩阵,进一步提升跨境税费服务效能的建议.
Abstract
In the context of the new situation and requirements of jointly building the Belt and Road Initiative and promoting a high-level opening up,Zhejiang Provincial Tax Service integrated and launched the service sub-brand of"TaxExpress·In Zhejiang",exploring effective ways to establish and improve long-term mechanisms for cross-border tax and fee services.The paper introduces the background and significance of the service brand of"TaxExpress",and enumerates Zhejiang's specific practices in enriching the connotation,forming a joint force,and creating the efficient practices.The paper also puts forward four suggestions on tax policy,risk prevention,appeal resolution and cross-border integration to further improve the efficiency of cross-border tax and fee service.
