In recent years,cross-border tax and fee services have gradually become a focus of attention in the field of tax governance.After the State Taxation Administration(STA)launched the"TaxExpress"service brand,provincial tax authorities also launched a series of sub-brands with regional characteristics based on their geographical advantages.Based on the actual development of the open economy in Shandong Province,Shandong Provincial Tax Service,STA focuses on the openness,sense of gain and satisfaction of services,creates a sub-brand of cross-border tax and fee service of"TaxExpress·Tax Home",and explores the formation of a set of cross-border tax and fee service system with Shandong characteristics.Based on the practices of"TaxExpress·Tax Home"service brand building,this paper analyzes the construction benefits,practical experience and the development path,in order to provide a useful reference for further enriching and improving the"TaxExpress"service brand matrix.
