Mother-Infant Combined Immunization Method for Hepatitis B Virus Transmission Based on Fuzzy Model
This paper studies the mother-infant combined immunization control method for Hepatitis B virus via fuzzy model.Based on the assumption that the total population is constant,a nonlinear differential-algebraic system is formulated to describe the Hepatitis B virus transmission model.By virtue of differential-algebraic system theory, the qualitative characteristics of the disease-free equilibrium of such model are analyzed. It shows that the disease-free equilibrium is only stable for certain parameter values. On the basis of T-S fuzzy model,by regarding motherinfant combined immunization as control variable,an effective strategy is proposed to control the transmission of the Hepatitis B virus.
