肿瘤细胞增长模型的分析与研究

在肿瘤细胞生长初期,肿瘤细胞的增长呈指数模型,而随着肿瘤细胞所需的营养供应不足、周围血管未生成等因素的影响,在生长中后期偏离了指数模型.本文从肿瘤细胞的数量和体积的变化过程中分析肿瘤细胞的生长状况,并给出肿瘤细胞数目的递增递减区间和极值点,该分析结果与实际观测相吻合,为临床诊断肿瘤患者提供了强有力的理论依据.
Analysis and Study of Tumor Cells Growth Model
In the initial stage of growth of tumor cells,tumor cell growth was exponential model.Because the lack of nutrient supply,peripheral vascular and other factors,tumor cells was deviated the exponential model in the late stage of growth.In this paper,we analysis the growth conditions of tumor cells in the two aspects which are the population and the vohume of tumor cells,and give ascending descending interval and the extreme point of the populations of tumor cells.The results of the analysis is consistent with the observations,and provide a strong theoretical basis for the clinical diagnosis of cancer patients.
