具有疾病传播的捕食与被捕食模型的动力学行为

本文提出了一类模拟捕食与被捕食传染病流行动力学特征的微分方程,其中疾病是在捕食者中传播.捕食者种群感染病毒形成易感者类和染病者类.在没有食饵及染病者种群存在时,捕食者按Logistic函数增长.文章研究了种群的持久性、灭绝性及边界平衡点的全局稳定性.通过数值模拟验证了理论分析结果的正确性.
Dynamics of a Predator-Prey Model with a Transmissible Disease in the Predator Species
In this paper,we developed a system of differential equations modeling the predator-prey ecoepidemic dynamics with a transmissible disease in the predator population.The predator species is infected with a viral disease forming into susceptible and infected classes.In the absence of prey,the predator is a generalist predator and follows a logistic growth function.Local and global stability of the boundary equilibria,persistence and extinction of the species population are analyzed.Numerical simulations support our theoretical analysis.
