基于二元相场理论的细菌生物膜生长动力学建模及其数值模拟

细菌生物膜普遍存在于自然界和工业环境中,并一直受到国内外学者的广泛关注.本文将细菌生物膜视为由两种组元构成的不可压缩的粘性流体,结合二元相场理论、物质连续方程、动量守恒方程、溶质场控制方程和生物反应动力方程对细菌生物膜生长动力学进行建模.通过对模型的数值模拟可以描述细菌在静态环境和动态环境的生长以及营养物质的消耗规律.
Bacterial Biofilm Growth Dynamical Modeling and Numerical Simulation Based on Binary Phase Field Theory
Bacteria biofilms are ubiquitous in nature and industrial environment,the research on biofilms has been received extensive attention by scholars all over the world.In this paper,the bacteria biofilm is considered to be composed of two-component incompressible viscous fluid,and combined with the binary phase field theory,material continuous equation,momentum conservation equation,the solute field control equation and biological reaction dynamics equation to build bacterial biofilm growth dynamics model.Based on the numerical simulation of the model,we can describe the growth of bacteria in the static and dynamic environment and the consumption patterns of nutrient.
