Taking the 18th question in the 2023 Guangdong Biology Academic Proficiency Examination as an example,this study evaluates the question from three key abilities:knowledge acquisition,practical operation,and cognitive thinking.It is suggested that in high school biology teaching,emphasis should be placed on situational context,effective use of micro-topics,and improvement of students'comprehensive abilities.
