This article presents a case study of teaching design for"Structures and Functions of Cell Nucleus"from the perspective of large unit.We use major concepts as the unit teaching subject and related subordinate concepts as the class-hour teaching subject and select mainline situations to help students construct a sound knowledge framework,enhance their problem-solving ability,and develop their biological core literacy.
