摘要
巨噬细胞是吞噬细胞的一种,具有吞噬和杀伤病原体、通过胞葬作用清除凋亡细胞、参与机体的组织修复与再生以及免疫调节等多种功能.由于巨噬细胞与人体多种疾病的发生息息相关,研发以巨噬细胞为靶点的疾病治疗手段成为了近年来生物医学领域的研究热点.本文将对巨噬细胞的来源、生物学功能及其在疾病治疗中的研究进展进行综述,以期为高中生物学免疫调节相关内容的教学提供拓展素材.
Abstract
Macrophage is a type of phagocyte,which has various functions such as phagocytosis and killing of pathogens,removal of apoptotic cells through cell burial,participation in tissue repair and regeneration,and immunomodulation.Since macrophages are closely related to the occurrence of many human diseases,the development of macrophage-targeted disease therapeutics has become a research hotspot in the field of biomedicine in recent years.This paper reviews the sources of macrophages,their biological functions and their research progress in disease treatment,to provide expansion materials for teaching the content related to immune regulation in senior high school biology.
