Taking"The Application of Immunology"as an example,this paper placed the project-based learning design and practice in a real problem context,focusing on deep student engagement to stimulate autonomy and self-organization.It enabled students to make rational explanations and reasonable judgments about practical issues in production and daily life based on their understanding of biological knowledge,thereby implementing the cultivation of core literacy in the biology discipline.
