摘要

通过创设"乳糖不耐受"的生活化情境引入概念和主题,结合科学史资料分析、学生自主实验探究、3D打印模型建构与拼接等活动设计深度探究理解酶的本质、特性与结构,同时联系生活扩大外延,培养学生运用所学知识解决问题的能力,着力提升学生的生物学学科核心素养.

Abstract

By introducing concepts and the theme through a real-life scenario of"lactose intolerance"and incorporating activities such as analyzing materials about scientific history,independent experimental inquiries by students,and constructing and assembling 3D printed models,this lesson delves into the nature,traits,and structure of enzymes.Additionally,it connects to daily life to extend students'understanding and cultivates their ability to apply acquired knowledge to solve problems,with a focus on enhancing students'core literacy for biology.
