The Huangtukan Yali pear is an important agricultural product in the Bulaotun area.However,there has been a problem of insufficient pollination during the florescence in recent years.To address this issue,we first measured the pollen viability of four pear varieties:Beijing white pear,Shaguo pear,sugar pear,and snowflake pear.We then explored the optimal conditions for the germination of the Beijing white pear's pollen tubes,which provides a theoretical basis for the preparation of liquid pollination solution.
