税收服务长江经济带发展战略的实践与思考——以湖北税务推进"税护长江"工程为例

长江经济带发展战略是关系国家发展全局的重大战略.税收作为国家宏观调控的重要政策工具,在服务长江经济带发展战略中大有可为.国家税务总局湖北省税务局实施"税护长江"工程,为税收服务长江经济带发展战略提供了实践经验.本文建议把准税收服务长江经济带发展战略的方向、构建税收服务长江经济带发展战略的联盟、完善税收服务长江经济带发展战略的税制、提升税收服务长江经济带发展战略的能力,以期更好发挥税收服务区域经济发展和中国式现代化的职能作用.
Abstract
The Yangtze River Economic Belt development strategy is a major strategy related to the overall development of the country.As an important policy tool of national macro-control,taxation has great potential in serving the Yangtze River Economic Belt development strategy.The Hubei Tax Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation implemented the Tax-Protecting-Yangtze-River project,which provided practical experience for the tax service of the Yangtze River Economic Belt development strategy.This paper gives some suggestions on how to grasp accurately the direction of the development strategy,build the alliance and improve both the taxation system and the capability,so as to give the tax a better role in serving both regional economic development and Chinese-style modernization.
