Research on the Impact of Human Resource Allocation on Innovation
The rational allocation of human resources is an important prerequisite for high-quality development. In order to give full play to the basic and strategic supporting role of talents, new requirements have been put forward for the quality, structure and efficiency of human resources.Through empirical research,it is found that when the human resource allocation structure between government and enterprise departments deviates from the optimal bal-ance,it increases the pressure of enterprise talent competition, leads to an increase in enterprise R&D investment, and a decrease in R&D innovation output, which is not conducive to enterprise technological progress in the long run.By studying the allocation of human resources between government and enterprise departments and its impact on innovation,it can be beneficial for increasing the contribution rate of human resource allocation to economic and social development and adding strong momentum to innovation-driven development.
