Research on Long Term Mechanism of Industrial Poverty Alleviation in Post-poverty Era Driven by"Double Chain"Integration
In the post-poverty era,industrial poverty alleviation faces such problems as dilemma choice,misalign-ment of target,insufficient supply of mechanism and imperfect guarantee mechanism.Based on the theories of block chain,supply chain and industrial chain,the paper analyzes the key issues affecting industrial poverty alleviation.The results show that:Using the advantages of block chain technology to scientifically distribute poverty alleviation profits of industrial organizations can effectively prevent the problem of"fake poverty alleviation",and the exten-sion of the industrial chain through the double chain integration can enhance the dual effect of"supporting the will and supporting the wisdom"for poor households.In addition,the accumulation of wealth of poor households can en-hance their confidence in production and investment,and promote the extension of the industrial chain.It is neces-sary to build a poverty control mechanism,optimize the overall pattern of"large-scale poverty alleviation"and"scientific poverty alleviation"in the agricultural industry through the coordination of the government,industrial or-ganizations,market and society.The mechanism can stimulate the vitality of agricultural production,efficiently al-locate agricultural resources,create a model of large-scale,intensive and efficient industrial chain poverty allevia-tion,and promote the reasonable flow of factors and rural revitalization.
