摘要
数字普惠金融可以有效减少金融排斥,为所有群体尤其是农村地区提供需要的金融产品和服务,展示出其深度普惠的优势.利用数字普惠金融发展指数和中国家庭金融调查数据,实证分析数字普惠金融和农村共同富裕之间的关系以及影响机制.研究结果显示,数字普惠金融显著提高了农村共同富裕程度,并通过缓解信贷约束、提高风险控制水平和增加多元化服务等机制提升农村共同富裕水平;异质性分析表明,数字普惠金融对农村共同富裕的影响存在区域和知识储备差异.因此,要进一步提高农村数字普惠金融普及度,优化农村数字普惠金融环境,提升农村居民数字能力,完善数字金融法制保障.
Abstract
Digital inclusive finance can effectively reduce financial exclusion and provide financial Xproducts and services needed by all groups,especially in rural areas,demonstrating its advantages of deep inclusion.This paper empirically analyzes the relationship between digital inclusive finance and rural common wealth as well as the im-pact mechanism by using the digital inclusive finance development index and the China Household Finance Survey data.The findings show that digital inclusive finance significantly increases the level of rural common prosperity,and enhances the level of rural common prosperity through mechanisms such as easing credit constraints,improving risk control and increasing diversified services.The heterogeneity analysis shows that there are regional and knowl-edge reserve differences in the impact of digital inclusive finance on rural common prosperity.Therefore,it is neces-sary to further increase the popularity of rural digital inclusive finance,optimize the rural digital inclusive financial environment,enhance the digital capacity of rural residents,and improve the legal protection of digital finance.
