摘要
数字农业是农业现代化发展的高级形态,能够提升农民创收能力、优化农业农村发展环境、均衡城乡资源分布、完善收入分配机制,对缩小城乡居民收入差距发挥积极作用.在实现共同富裕的战略目标下,发展数字农业缩小城乡居民收入差距的重点任务包括催生农业发展新动能、发展乡村数字新基建、重塑城乡经济地理和构建发展成果共享机制.因此,我国应立足于数字经济发展特征,提升数字农业创新活力,构建数字农业农村标准体系,强化数字信息服务功能,建立数据风险防控体系,以促进农民增产增收,优化农业资源空间配置,打造城乡发展利益共同体.
Abstract
As an advanced form of agricultural modernization,digital agriculture can improve farmers'income gen-eration ability,optimize agricultural and rural development environment,balance urban and rural resource distribu-tion,improve income distribution mechanism,and play a positive role in narrowing the income gap between urban and rural residents.Under the strategic goal of achieving common prosperity,the key tasks of developing digital ag-riculture to narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents include generating new driving forces for agri-cultural development,developing new digital infrastructure in rural areas,reshaping urban and rural economic geog-raphy,and building a mechanism for sharing development results.Therefore on the basis of the development charac-teristics of the digital economy,China should enhance the innovation vitality of digital agriculture,build a standard system for digital agriculture in rural areas,strengthen the function of digital information services,and establish a data risk prevention and control system,so as to promote farmers to increase production and income,optimize the spatial allocation of agricultural resources,and build a community of interests for urban and rural development.
