The key of judicial reform is judicial responsibility system,and the system of judicial responsibility of judges is the most important part of judicial reform.Only with due process can the arbitrariness of judicial power be regulated,and at the same time,only with due process can make the people feel fair and just in every judicial case.The article takes the due process theory as the main line,combining the existing procedural legislation and trial practice in our country,and then the author puts forward the idea of adding the fast-closing continuous trial procedure and establishing the limited and pluralistic people jury system.Trying to build a proper trial procedure with Chinese characteristics,to curb judicial corruption to the maximum extent,to achieve fairness and justice in the judiciary.
