Historical Evolution of Compulsory Management System
Compulsory management system as an important component of the civil enforcement law system,in modern times,Prussia was the first to put it into practice,and in 1879 the German Compulsory Auction and Compulsory Management Law in the form of statutory law fixed.After the Meiji restoration,the system was introduced into Japan,along with the late Qing dynasty to amend the law in our country took root.1949 after the founding of new China,the compulsory management system had disappeared from the public eye for a period of time,Draft of the Civil Compulsory Enforcement Law of the People's Republic of China in 2022 was introduced,the second part of the ninth chapter of the third section of the draft is the"compulsory management",marking the re-introduction of the system.
