From the perspective of"Great Ideological and Political Education",health education is an important content of ideo-logical and political education in universities,a necessary way to inherit the excellent traditional Chinese culture,and a necessary re-quirement for implementing the"Healthy China"strategy.However,in the process of carrying out health education in universities,there are many practical difficulties such as weak student health awareness,prominent social health problems,and lagging health ed-ucation in universities.In the new situation,universities should recognize the value and significance of carrying out health educa-tion,seize the educational opportunity,and explore effective ways and paths to resolve the practical difficulties of health education.
