During the Anti-Japanese War,the revolutionary base areas in northwestern Shanxi shaped the culture and spirit of"labor heroes",which has great significance for shaping the rural labor elite in the new era.From the perspective of red cultural in-heritance,give full play to the joint role of the government,multiple social forces and farmers to shape the rural labor elites in the old revolutionary areas in the new era,create a group of labor talents for rural revitalization,It can promote the old revolutionary dis-trict in the new era to become a demonstration area in rural revitalization.
