The basis of hospital and school collaboration about education and management of medical student party members on probation or internship is the same goal,common spirit,close organization,complementary experience and relevant policy.Hospi-tal and school collaboration is of great significance to hospitals,schools and students.In view of the problems such as weak party spirit consciousness,imperfect management mechanism and difficult inspection and supervision,hospitals and schools can imple-ment the following path,such as establish a multi-dimensional dialogue platform and rationalize the cooperation and exchange mech-anism,construct the double assessment mode of hospitals and schools and implement the whole process assessment of all staff,pro-mote the integration and co-construction of hospitals and schools on party construction and deepen the culture integration of hospi-tals and schools,promote the deep integration of the party building business of hospitals and schools and enable the high-quality de-velopment of hospitals and schools.
