Review and Prospect of the Research on Marxist Views of Journalism in China in Recent Ten Years
Over the past decade,research on Marxist views of journalism has steadily rooted itself in the early Marxist thoughts on journalism.In the past decade,Marxist media studies have continuously rooted themselves in the early journalistic thoughts of Marx.Using a historical materialist perspective,researchers have analyzed the formation process,systematically studying the es-sence of Marx's thoughts on journalism,the developmental context of Marxist views of Journalism,and their implications.Particu-larly,there has been a gradual refinement in areas such as press freedom,proletarian party newspapers,and opinion ideology.While academia has yielded fruitful results,promoting multidimensional development,there are still shortcomings in terms of depth,breadth,and perspective.With ongoing societal changes,it is imperative to enhance the concrete study of Marxist views of Journal-ism on reality.This includes deepening the theoretical and practical exploration of Xi Jinping's public opinion ideology,innovating research on the construction of China's discourse system,and exploring the path of modernizing socialist media in a Chinese context.
