From Expeditions to Sits:The Establishment Process of Xuan-Da Governor in Ming Dynasty
Xuan-Da Governor wasn't simply be set up and dissolved,it experienced three periods,dispatch period,dispatch and set up alternately period,fixed period.In its Non-Fixed times,it was involved in Jingying expeditions,eunuch,governor and expedi-tionary general were in charge of expedition together,but the Jingying expeditions had too much cost,so governor was set up in bor-der area before Jingying expeditions,in the wake of frontier force's enhancement and Jingying's debility,Jingying expeditions weren't necessary,governor was fixed at Xuanfu,Datong and Shanxi area.
