The report to the 20th CPC National Congress stressed that"China will persist in shaping tourism through culture,highlighting culture through tourism,and promote the deep integration and development of culture and tourism".The cultural tour-ism industry has become a new driving force for Shanxi's economic growth and transformation and development.There are three main ways of financial support for the cultural and tourism industry:capital support,policy support,and service support.At present,there are some problems in the financial support of the cultural and tourism industry in Shanxi Province,such as insufficient support,low efficiency of financial resource allocation,few types of services,and poor accuracy.Government guidance should be further strengthened,support should be expanded,financial services should be enriched,and synergies should be enhanced.
