国内青少年犯罪预防演进与前沿趋势研究——基于知识图谱的可视化分析

摘要
近十年来,我国青少年犯罪预防研究文献呈现出从高峰走向低谷的态势,研究后劲明显不足.研究机构主要集中于各政法、公安院校,机构和作者间合作较少,显现出研究视角的局限性.研究热点围绕青少年犯罪的成因,并从家庭、学校、法律、社会等方面提出治理对策,但是传统预防对策已经遇到瓶颈,亟待依托大数据、人工智能等现代科技,开辟青少年犯罪预防新对策.
Abstract
In the past ten years,the research literature on juvenile delinquency prevention in China has shown a trend from peak to trough,and the research stamina is obviously insufficient.The research institutions are mainly concentrated in the political and le-gal and public security schools,and there is little cooperation between institutions and authors,which shows the limitations of the re-search perspective.The research focuses on the causes of juvenile delinquency,and puts forward governance countermeasures from the aspects of family,school,law,and society,but the traditional prevention countermeasures have encountered bottlenecks,and it is urgent to rely on modern technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence to develop new countermeasures for juvenile delin-quency prevention.
