高校创新人才培养方式是提升人才培养质量的重要举措.地方高校可通过深化教学改革实践探索,构建学业督导驱动、就业引导驱动、创业指导驱动的三导驱动人才培养模式,在课程建设中实施课程模块化、技训系统化、竞赛项目化、实践常态化四位一体的教学模式.二者共同促进学生职业能力培养与发展.

Innovative talent training methods in colleges and universities are important measures to iIt is an important measure to improve the quality of personnel training to innovate the methods of personnel training in colleges and universities.Based on the academic quality standards of college students,this paper analyzes the composition and connotation of vocational ability,and probes into the effective ways of cultivating vocational ability of college students.On this basis,local colleges and universities through deep-ening the practice of teaching reform,the construction of academic guidance-driven,employment guidance-driven,entrepreneurial guidance-driven talent training model.In the course construction,the four-in-one teaching mode of"Modularization of curriculum,systematization of technical training,project-based competition and normalization of practice"is implemented.Both of them pro-mote the development of students'professional ability.
