Healthy emotional intelligence is an important part of the quality of cadres,and a necessary requirement for the path of cadres'growth and success.However,in a bad political ecology,cadres suffer from alienation of their emotional intelligence de-velopment due to the systematic penetration of wrong values,which mutates into humane hunting,nice guyism,and imbalance of mentality.The alienation of cadres'emotional quotient and bad political ecology are intertwined and vicious circle,which will not only affect the establishment and maintenance of cadres'ideal beliefs,but also tarnish the image of the party,disorganize the party's strong leadership,and reduce the people's trust in the government.To correct the bad political ecology of cadres with different emo-tional quotient,it is necessary to establish a systematic concept,overcome the simplistic thinking,and promote the comprehensive treatment in the aspects of daily education,employment orientation,and institutional constraints in an integrated manner.
