目前开放大学的人力资源管理课程教学过程中存在着实践性不足、教学方法与手段传统单一、考核评价体系不健全等问题.在"互联网+"背景下,开放大学的学生学习更加灵活和个性化.学校可以在教学内容和方法、体系评价及考核、教师角色的转变等方面提升教学互动的有效性.不仅仅局限于技术手段的更新,更要重视教学理念和方法的创新,才能更好地培养符合时代需求的高素质人力资源管理人才.
Research on Interactive Innovation of Human Resource Management Teaching of Open Education under the Background of"Internet+"
At present,there are problems in the teaching process of Human Resource Management courses,such as insufficient practicality,traditional single teaching methods,incomplete assessment and evaluation systems.In the context of"Internet+",stu-dents in Open University feel more flexible and personalized in their learning.The university can enhance the effectiveness on teach-ing content and methods,system evaluation and assessment,and the transformation of teacher roles.The university not only updates technological hardware and software,but also emphasizes the innovation of teaching concepts and methods,in order to better culti-vate high-quality human resource management talents for society.
