Research on Functional Requirements of Study Practice Education Based on the Kano Model
Based on the analysis method of Kano Model,referring to the correlation analysis of Chinese students'development of core literacy and network text,the functional demand index system of study practice education is constructed,which consists of 24 sub-items of functional demand.Through factor analysis and functional attribute analysis on 198 valid questionnaires,the func-tional requirements of study practice education are deeply understood.The conclusion shows that among the functional demand of study practice education,the improvement of self-management ability and safety awareness is more important,while the need to cul-tivate artistic aesthetic thinking and critical thinking is less important.Moreover,the functional demands of study practice education can be divided into four dimensions:physical and mental development,thinking integration,cultural identity and ability reconstruc-tion.Among them,the study traveller satisfaction is easy to improve when the function of ability reconstruction is satisfied,and the study travellerr satisfaction is easy to reduce when the function of physical and mental development is not satisfied.Among the func-tional attributes of study practice education,the 5 items of essential attribute function all belong to the dimension of physical and mental development;The 8 items of expectation attribute function are biased towards the dual dimensions of physical and mental de-velopment and cultural identity;The 5 items of attractive quality attribute functions has including ability reconstruction,thinking in-tegration and cultural identity;There are 6 items of indifference attribute functions,focusing on the dimension of thinking integra-tion,and covering both cultural identity and ability reconstruction dimensions.Moreover,the positive function of study practice edu-cation plays a leading role,and no reverse attribute function has been found yet.cline to ton of physical and mental development.
