Research on the Effect of Integrated Law Enforcement in Environmental Supervision and Environmental Monitoring
Environmental supervision and monitoring,as the"right-hand man"of ecological environment law enforcement work,can be scientifically configured and effectively integrated,which is related to the modernization of ecological environment governance in the new era,and the realization of the environmental governance goal of"lucid water and lush mountains".In the cur-rent practice of environmental protection law enforcement,there are problems such as incompatibility and lack of coordination be-tween environmental supervision and environmental monitoring,which directly lead to the unsatisfactory effectiveness of environ-mental protection law enforcement.By promoting deep integration and organic linkage between both sides,expanding cooperation areas,and taking multiple measures to enhance the effectiveness of law enforcement functions,we can effectively improve the quali-ty of the ecological environment,achieve the value goals of national environmental protection,and continuously build a solid ecolog-ical security barrier for our country.
