In the digital age,the rights and interests of minors'personal information protection are facing new challenges from the expansion of harming subjects,the concealment of harming means,the expansion of harming scope,and the commercialization of harming purposes.my country's existing laws and other systems regulate the low level of law and the absence of special legisla-tion,which cannot provide effective legal protection and relief for minors'personal information rights and interests.The relevant na-tional system design can include the disclosed personal information of minors into the category of privacy,strictly implement the combination of the principle of maximizing the interests of minors and the principle of necessity for the use of personal information of minors,and integrate the concept of socialist core values with minors.In the national legislation,government governance,Internet business operations,and school and family education related to the protection of personal information rights and interests,the princi-ple of fault presumption is the principle of liability for violations of minors'personal information rights,and comprehensive protec-tion is provided for minors'personal information.
