Translation Practice and the Construction of Foreign Discourse Systemwith Chinese Characteristics
Translation practice can serve as an effective way to construct foreign discourse system with Chinese characteristics,and has a positive role in alleviating western discourse monopoly,promoting the implementation of the"going global"strategy of Chinese culture,and enhancing China's discourse interpretation ability.This paper analyzes the outstanding problems faced by the current Chinese translation practice and the construction of the characteristic foreign discourse system,such as the lack of policy,weak theoretical research,insufficient technical assistance,and insufficient publicity,improvement strategies are proposed.It is sug-gested to improve policy formulation and theoretical research,promote the integration of technology and resources,strengthen inter-action with the translation audience,and promote the joint improvement of translation practice and foreign discourse dissemination level.
