摘要

加强地方应用型本科院校辅导员能力素质建设有利于助推学校应用型转型发展、助力大学生成长成才、助益辅导员队伍建设.但研究发现山西省某地方应用型本科院校辅导员能力素质建设在人员结构、体制机制、推动应用型转型发展贡献三个方面还存在差距和不足,建议从辅导员自身、学校以及推进应用型转型发展三个层面发力,不断增强辅导员个人综合素质,健全科学高效的学生工作体系,在深化产教融合的过程中提升实践育人成效.

Abstract

Strengthening the ability and quality construction of counselors in local application-oriented undergraduate colleges is conducive to promoting the transformation and development of application-oriented schools,assisting college students in their growth and development,and promoting the construction of counselor teams.However,research has found that there are still gaps and deficiencies in the ability and quality construction of counselors in a certain applied undergraduate college in Shanxi Province in terms of personnel structure,institutional mechanisms,and contribution to promoting applied transformation and development.It is recommended to focus on the three aspects of counselors themselves,schools,and promoting applied transformation and develop-ment,continuously enhance the comprehensive quality of counselors,improve a scientific and efficient student work system,and en-hance the effectiveness of practical education in the process of deepening the integration of industry and education.
