四相交错Boost变换器的解耦均流控制方法

摘要
交错并联Boost变换器通常采用双闭环控制输出电压,均流环平衡电感电流.但是,在变换器的控制过程中,双闭环与均流环往往存在耦合问题.为此,提出了一种主从均流解耦的控制方法,削弱双闭环与均流环控制时的耦合关系.首先,介绍了四相交错并联Boost变换器的拓扑结构及工作原理,建立小信号数学模型,并推导出传递函数;其次,阐述了双闭环与均流环的解耦的条件,提出了一种双闭环与均流环的解耦的控制策略,实现双闭环与均流环之间的解耦;最后,在PSIM中搭建了四相交错并联Boost变换器仿真平台,进行四相交错并联控制.仿真结果表明,采用主从均流解耦的控制方法后,输出电压波动明显降低,证明了所提方法的可行性和有效性.
Abstract
For interleaved Boost converters,the dual closed-loop controller is commonly applied to reg-ulate the output voltage,and the current balancing controller balance the inductor current.However,during the control process,the current balancing loop and dual closed-loop are often coupled,and the balancing process of inductor current will affect the output voltage.In this paper,a decoupled master-slaver current bal-ancing control method is proposed,so that the coupled relationship of output voltage regulation and inductor current balance will be weakened.Firstly,the topology and operating principle of the four-phase interleaved parallel Boost converter are analysed,a small-signal mathematical model is established and the transfer func-tion is derived;secondly,the conditions for implementing the decoupling between control loops are expoun-ded,a control strategy for decoupling the double closed-loop and the current sharing loop is proposed,which can achieve the decoupling between the dual closed-loop and current balancing loop;finally,the control strat-egy for decoupling the double closed-loop and the current sharing loop is built in the PSIM environment.The simulation results show that the voltage fluctuation is significantly reduced by the non-decoupled method,which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
