双相陶瓷膜制氧系统结构仿真分析

以双相陶瓷膜制氧为研究基础,叙述了双相陶瓷膜制氧系统的关键材料及结构,并搭建了系统的三维模型,采用了有限元分析方法对系统结构件进行了压力和热分析.仿真结果表明:在0.5 MPa(绝压)压力和900℃温度下陶瓷膜制氧系统内壳体结构稳定.对双相陶瓷膜制氧系统关键材料和结构研究证明了氧分压驱动的双相陶瓷膜制氧系统的可行性和可靠性.
Structural simulation analysis of biphasic ceramic membrane oxygen generation system
The paper takes biphasic ceramic membrane oxygen generation as the research basis,de-scribes the key materials and structures of the biphasic ceramic membrane oxygen generation system,and builds a three-dimensional model of the system,and adopts the finite element analysis method to analyze the pressure and heat of the structural parts of the system.The results show that the inner shell of the ceramic membrane oxygen generation system is structurally stable at 0.5 MPa(adiabatic)pressure and 900℃ temper-ature.This paper investigates the key materials and structure of biphasic ceramic membrane oxygen generation system,proves the feasibility and reliability of oxygen partial pressure-driven biphasic ceramic membrane oxy-gen generation system.
