摘要

胶原蛋白是哺乳动物体内含量最多、分布最广的功能性大分子蛋白质,主要存在于动物的结缔组织中,参与细胞外基质结构的组成,人体很难直接消化吸收.胶原蛋白肽(CP)是胶原蛋白经过酶水解得到的是一种介于氨基酸和蛋白质之间的混合物,因其具有良好的抗氧化活性、生物相容性、低分子量且易被消化吸收等优点,在医疗和食品等领域得到广泛应用.文章主要从CP来源、CP防治骨质疏松症、修复皮肤老化、预防Ⅱ型糖尿病的功能及其作用机制方面进行综述,可以为从事CP研究和开发的专业人员提供新思路.

Abstract

As the most abundant and widely distributed functional macromolecular protein in mammals,collagen mainly exists in the connective tissues of animals and participates in the composition of extracellular matrix structure,which is difficult for human body to directly digest and absorb.Collagen peptide(CP)is a mixture between amino acids and proteins obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis of collagen.It is widely used in medical and food fields due to its advantages of good antioxidant activity,biocompatibility,low molecular weight and easy digestion and absorption.This article mainly reviews the function and mechanism of CP in preventing osteoporosis,repairing skin aging and preventing type Ⅱ diabetes from CP sources,in order to pro-vide new ideas for professionals engaged in CP research and development.
