Research progress and development strategy of Cornus officinalis food
Cornus officinalis,as one of medicine food homologous substances,has high edible and me-dicinal value.However,since Cornus officinalis has always been consumed as medicine,its food research and development has been relatively scarce.This paper reviewed the research progress in the development of Cor-nus officinalis related foods,and analyzed the existing problems in current research,and proposed the develop-ment strategies.The data may provide a reference for further research and utilization of Cornus officinalis.
