高速离心泵叶轮开孔对空化性能的影响研究

针对目前高速离心泵发生空化现象导致性能降低的情况,基于RNG κ-ε湍流模型和Zwart-Gerber-belamri空化模型,建立了高速离心泵的三维模型,对叶轮前后盖板进行开孔,使用CFX对叶轮穿孔高速离心泵在不同空化数下的流场进行数值计算和模拟.研究结果表明,叶轮开孔可以有效降低流场压力,降低发生空化时气泡的体积分数,缓解发生空化时气泡对流道的堵塞程度,能够有效改善高速离心泵的空化性能.
Effect of impeller perforation on cavitation performance of high-speed centrifugal pump
To address the issue of performance degradation in high-speed centrifugal pumps due to cavi-tation,a three-dimensional model of a high-speed centrifugal pump was established based on the RNG κ-ε tur-bulence model and the Zwart-Gerber-belamri cavitation model.Holes were made in the front and rear shrouds of the impeller.CFX was used to perform numerical calculations and simulations of the flow field in the perfo-rated impeller high-speed centrifugal pump under different cavitation numbers.The results show that the im-peller opening can effectively reduce the pressure of the flow field,reduce the volume fraction of bubbles when cavitation occurs,alleviate the blockage of the bubble flow channel when cavitation occurs,and effectively im-prove the cavitation performance of the high-speed centrifugal pump.It provides a reference for further re-search on improving the cavitation performance of centrifugal pumps.
