Technical Paths and Empirical Studies of Synergistic Effect of Pollution and Carbon Reduction under the Eco-environmental Zoning Control:a Case Study of Xiangtan City
Incorporating the synergetic control of pollution and carbon reduction into the eco-environmental zoning control system is one of the important measures for the eco-environment department to implement the target of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.Based on the implementation of the"double carbon"target,the paper analyzes the key links in the integrated management and control of greenhouse gas and environmental pollutant emissions,studies and proposes the theoretical framework of incorporating the synergistic pathways of pollution and carbon reduction into eco-environmental zoning control,and the"source intensity synergy-target synergy-spatial zoning control synergy-measures synergy"technology pathway for synergetic control of pollution and carbon reduction,and conducts empirical studies in Xiangtan city.The results also provide important technical support for eco-environmental zoning control to achieve synergetic control of pollution reduction and carbon reduction.
