重庆梁平铜钵河流域水体污染状况分析与防治对策

以铜钵河流域 2016 年以来水质例行监测数据为基础,对铜钵河流域水质进行评价,结合产排污系数和经验计算公式,对该流域进行污染物核算,分析水质变化趋势及主要污染负荷,找出污染原因,提出对策及建议。水质评价结果表明:2016年以来,铜钵河流域水质整体呈逐年改善趋势,2022 年牛角滩断面水质年均值提升到Ⅲ类,上河坝水质年均值提升到Ⅱ类,其余断面均达到或优于水域功能要求。污染负荷计算结果表明:铜钵河流域化学需氧量排放最大是生活污染,其次是畜禽养殖污染;氨氮排放最大是生活污染,其次是农业面源污染;总磷排放最大是畜禽养殖污染,其次是农业面源污染;工业源各类污染物排放量均较小。通过提升生活污染治理水平、强化面源污染管控和工业污染治理能进一步降低流域污染负荷,确保水质稳定达标。
Analysis of Water Pollution Status and Countermeasures for Prevention and Management in Tongbo River Basin,Liangping,Chongqing
This study utilizes the routine monitoring data of water quality in the Tongbo River Basin from 2016 onwards to assess the water quality of the basin.By integrating the production and discharge coefficients as well as empirical formulas,the presence of pollutants in the basin is accounted for.Furthermore,an analysis of the trend of changes in water quality and the primary pollutant loads is conducted to identify the underlying causes of pollution.Finally,based on these findings,countermeasures and recommendations are proposed.The results of water quality evaluation show that:since 2016,the overall water quality of Tongbo River Basin has been improving year by year,and in 2022,the annual average value of the water quality of Niujiaotan section will be improved to Class III,the annual average value of the water quality of Shangheba will be improved to Class II,and the rest of the sections will meet or be better than the requirements of the watershed function.Pollution load calculation results show that:Tongbo River Basin Chemical Oxygen Demand emission is the largest domestic pollution,followed by livestock and poultry pollution;ammonia nitrogen emission is the largest domestic pollution,followed by agricultural pollution;total phosphorus emission is the largest livestock and poultry pollution,followed by agricultural pollution;industrial sources of various types of pollutant emissions are small.By enhancing the living pollution management level,strengthening the control of surface pollution and industrial pollution management can further reduce the pollution load of the watershed,to ensure stable water quality standards.
