Emission Characteristics and Substitution Analysis of Volatile Organic Compounds in Enterprises
In this study, through the investigation of specific industries in the region, select enterprises that have carried out partial raw material replacement, and carry out VOCs sampling and detection, analyze the VOCs emission characteristics of water-based paints with low VOCs content of raw and auxiliary materials instead of oil-based paints, and analyze the environmental and health benefits. In terms of environmental benefits, the substitution of raw and auxiliary materials with low VOCs content has certain positive environmental benefits;Control the aromatic hydrocarbon before the substitution of raw and auxiliary materials with low VOCs content, and preferentially control the oxygen-containing VOC after the substitution; In terms of health benefits, there may be non-carcinogenic health risks and possible carcinogenic risks or carcinogenic risks before and after the replacement of raw and auxiliary materials with low VOCs content,so enterprises need to strengthen occupational health and safety risk control regardless of replacement.Enterprises have low VOCs collection efficiency, large unorganized emissions, and low treatment efficiency of end treatment facilities.Enterprises need to strengthen the collection and processing control of VOCs while considering the source reduction and control of VOCs generation.
